Catherine has a long track record of success from navigating the re-sale process to running new development sales offices in Manhattan, Brooklyn and Long Island City for many of the area’s top developers. Both her clients and peers know Catherine’s spectrum of skills include, but are certainly not limited to, her supreme knowledge of the marketplace, attention to detail, and keen eye for turning any real-estate space into a dream home.

As part of the Stanton Hoch Team, Catherine is committed to continually expanding her expertise in the New York City real estate market, and to sharing her knowledge with her customers and clients. Being a former-professional ballet dancer has instilled in her the vital attributes of hard work, discipline, and dedication, all of which have led to her success in dance and now real estate. Catherine is extremely outgoing, energetic, determined, and devoted to each client. She strives for perfection and goes out of her way to make people feel comfortable with her unique and attentive style of service.

Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, Catherine graduated as a Dance major from San Diego State University. Since moving to New York City, she has lived in Long Island City, Greenwich Village and now resides on the Upper East Side. Her favorite hobbies include dancing, working out, hiking, finding new restaurants, meeting new people, and learning new things about New York City daily.
